Full-time bilingual Marketing and Communications Director
Position Summary
As the Marketing and Communications Director for our charitable organization, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and effectively implementing innovative strategies and campaigns that promote Interwoven Connections’ brand, identity, and family support programs across multiple channels and platforms, to grow and retain Interwoven Connections’ target audiences and communities.
Full time Community Connectors (ICC)
Position Summary
Your role is to lead in capacity building, knowledge transfer and development of collaborative relationships within our community. You will facilitate and deliver in- person and virtual presentations to Children’s Aid societies, Indigenous Family well-being agencies, related service providers and professionals. Your role will focus on cultivating relationships not yet created across the province introducing Interwoven Connections’ various programs, services and mission.
Hours
35 hours/week with remote and flexible work hours.
Peer Connectors (IPC) —Anticipatory Hiring
Position Summary
Your role is to partner with families, service providers, Children’s Aid Societies and First Nations, Indigenous, and Metis, child and family well-being agencies to provide support and guidance to adoptive, kin and customary care parents on their lifelong journey, where every family has what they need to grow and belong.
Flexible hours
Part-time is 15-20 hours per week
Full time is 20 – 35 hours per week

The board is accepting applications from all interested candidates but is prioritizing folks with experience in fundraising, 2SLGBTQIA+, First Nations, Metis and Inuit, and African/Caribbean-Canadian communities. As we embrace our new brand and identity, the board seeks candidates with fresh ideas, an open mind and a commitment to furthering the strategic direction and long-term financial sustainability of the organization.
